If you purchased a premium subscription prior to August 23, 2010 using PayPal as your payment method, you can cancel the subscription at any time directly through your PayPal account. 

If you purchased premium services using PayPal after August 23, 2010 you can visit the Billing tab of Premium Services to cancel the subscription.

How to Cancel your PayPal Subscription

1. Visit www.paypal.com and login to your PayPal account
2. Select Basic Search from the History menu
3. Select Subscriptions from the Show: Option
4. Check the From box and change the date back 2 years (Or to when you first signed up for Premium Services)
5. Click Search
6. Click Details for the subscription to be canceled
7. Click Cancel Subscription
8. On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again

Cannot Locate Subscription?

1. Change the Show: option to Payments Sent
2. Locate the last payment made to Webs.com for the subscription to be canceled
3. Click Details
4. Click the Subscription ID at the top of the details page
5. Click Cancel Subscription
6. On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again

NOTE: Canceling a subscription makes it so you will not be billed again for the service. You will still have your Premium Services until your existing Premium subscription expires. You may review the status and expiration date of your Premium Services through the Premium section of your account.
