FAQ | Logged Out When Renewing

I'm trying to log on to renew my website and it keeps kicking me out.

If you are trying to purchase services and are automatically logged out of your site, your browser is not set to accept cookies, or is blocking cookies from Webs.

When purchasing, you are moved over to a secure server to protect your information. For Webs to know you are still logged in, it is necessary to have cookies enabled within your browser.

To Enable Cookies in Firefox:

  1. Click on the Tools-menu in Mozilla. 
  2. Click on the Options item in the menu - a new window opens. 
  3. Click on the Privacy tab. 
  4. Expand the Cookies section. 
  5. Check the Enable cookies and Accept cookies normally check boxes. 
  6. Save changes by clicking OK.

To Enable Cookies in Internet Explorer:

  1. Click on the Tools-menu. 
  2. Select Internet Options in the menu - a new window opens. 
  3. Click on the Privacy tab near the top of the window. 
  4. Click on the Default button of the window. 
  5. Move the slider so that it is on one of the levels below Medium High (including Medium, Low, Accept All Cookies). 
  6. Save changes by clicking OK.
