How to Reset your Domain Email Password

Domain Email | Setting up and Retrieving Passwords

If you have a custom domain name, you probably have custom email for the domain name. If you don't have custom email accounts for your domain name you can purchase them through the Email section of premium services.

If you have lost your password to your domain email, you can reset the password as long as you have access to your webs.com account where the email was set up.

Note: when you access your email's webmail address you may see an option to retrieve your password. This option will not work. You will need to reset the password through your webs.com account in the Email section of Premium Services.

Setting your Domain Email Password

When you create a mailbox you also set the password for that mailbox. You can change the password at any time through the Manage Email section of premium services.
