How do I Update my Billing Information?

I need to update the billing information on file for my Premium Services

The instructions here are specifically for changing the information on your Premium Service subscriptions.

IMPORTANT: If you are trying to update the billing information for your custom Domain name, you can manage the information through the Domains section of premium services. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

How to Update your Billing Information

It is very easy to update your billing information.

  1. Click the Premium Services tab in your Account
  2. Click the Billing option in the gray bar
  3. Select Manage next to the subscription you want to update your billing information for.
Note: If you see "Legacy Account" in the Renewal Details section you will need to cancel the existing subscription before you can add a new payment method for the subscription. Instructions are included in the Cancel this Subscription link in the Manage popover.
