How To Update Domain Payment Information


When your domain is nearing expiration, it's important to ensure that your payment information is up-to-date. If you ever see the above notice on your Site Manager page, you can update your payment information prior to renewing.

IMPORTANT: These instructions are only for updating domain billing information. If you are trying to update the billing information on file for your Premium services, click here for step-by-step instructions.

Steps for updating domain payment information:

  1. Click on the Control Panel
  2. Click “Register a Domain Name”
  3. Click on the link to Manage Auto Renewal (turn Auto Renewal "OFF")
  4. Un-check the box to "Use previous credit card information"
  5. Update your domain billing information
